Q: How long will it take before my order is delivered?

A: If you’re shipping address is within Visayas it will take 2-3 business days. If it is outside Visayas, it will take 4-5 business days.

Q: What is the return policy of Elvee?

A: Elvee will accept returned products if the customers are not satisfied or disappointed with the products.

​

Q: What is the payment policy of Elvee?

A: Elvee will only accept payment in cash. We still are not equipped with the system to accept payment through credit card. Customers can pay in Elvee’s bank account.

​

Q: Can I personalize or customize an order?

A: it is possible to personalize or customize. Elvee.com will allot a certain time frame for the clients to be able to customize their order into their desired design. It will also depend on the availability of the materials.

Q: Are the bags made of authentic leather?

A: the String bags are made of synthetic leather.

​

Q: Will you be selling other types of bags?

A: Elvee is on the process of producing more types of bags, like totes and purses, for the customers to choose from.

​

Q: When are new designs coming up?

A: Since Elvee will be holding a contest for “best customized Elvee” twice a year, we will be coming up with a new design every six (6) months. These designs are from the clients as well. But aside from the contest design, whenever the company comes up with a new approved design, it will instantly be posted in the website.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Tracking information is encoded from the time your package reaches JRSs warehouse. This may take up to 24 hours from the date of ship out.

 

To track your package, simply go to their website: http://www.jrs-express.com/Home/Tracking?Length=4 and input the tracking code provided to you via email. You may also reach JRS through any of the following channels:
